1...e3+ 2.Rxe3 Rh4+ 3.Bxh4 doesn't work, I was thinking about 1...Nxe8 a) 2.Rxe8 Qf5# b.) anything 2...e3#

How about 1.Qxc5 then after any Black move either 2.Be3# or 2.Bxe3# (or, depending on what Black does you might get a pawn mate with 2.e3#!!!).
